Problem Backing UP HD
I installed the backup utility from my XP Home disk and have tried to do a backup using the wizard. I want to back up all information on this computer, it prompts me to insert a floppy and I do then I am greeted with this error when trying to do the backup.

"The files for the recovery diskette could not be created. The operation was aborted"

Ideas/suggestions

dont really want to have to buy some ghosting software just to do a backup

thanks

Are yo planning on reinstalling software/programs?
If so just select the "Let me choose what to backup" option.
check everything you want to backup.
Then after you reinstall Windows and programs...use the backup utility to restore only the data you need.
