I used it to rid the splash screen.... just a small download ... here I'll post a screenshot.

maybe XP's doesn't have on or it has it's own tweak for that.... however someone might like it.... I notice OE loads faster now because of it.

So what does it do after using the tweak? Go from closed right to open w/o appearing to load?

yes.. straight to the inbox and considerably faster startup time :cool:
check it out.. it's it's own program and removable

it's neat :DYeah that is neat... all programs seem to have a silly 'splash' type of start up.. waste of HD space if ya ask me :D:p

BTW.. I ran Adaware and it didn't find any spare baggage attached to the program :cool:

Would this work with Outlook (full version) because it too has a splash screen, though it only comes up for 1/2 second if that?

ok here's the documentation page which outlines everything this proggie does... pretty detailed... though I don't see a reference to Outlook all say Outlook express... but then it may be supported.... wouldn't hurt to try though.
