What's a BIL? & Why can't you use vers. 6?
Have you tried musicmatch? (http://www.musicmatch.ca/home.html)
or here (http://www.musicmatch.com/)
They have a free thing.. better than NERO IMO

Yes it did :) I've been running Version 5 for 2 years now.... Nero just stopped making updates to 5 and created Nero 6.... it's $200 Canadian, me thinks I'll just get a newer burner with the new Nero if I have too... far cheaper that way :)

Must be a scam.. make the sotfware not work just to get you to buy a new burner or something.. that sux!

I like my computer to have the newest updates as much as possible, that's why. :) When CNET software updater was around, it was a breeze to find outdated software and get the updates. Oh well time to start saving for a new PC.... lol 3 more years this one will be toast.

Well MC.. you're lucky you can upgrade so often. I'm not that rich lol. I took a burner that's practically older than me, off a friend . I guess beggers can't be choosers lmao.
It works with the current version of MusicMatch tho... what a kewl little program that is.. My fav. feature on it is the "volume leveling". You tell it to level the volume just before you burn & it makes all the sound on the CD the same level & improves the quality a bit. This way, you don't get songs that go up & down in sound from one song to the next.

I'm not rich by any means.... just that I get discounts at my Brother in Law's shop when I need stuff. :)

That's a great feature TB. I use MP3 Gain to equalize the volume and then Nero to burn. I'd like to check out MusicMatch, if I understand you right...it equalizes and burns?? I searched it but a player comes up. Please give the link. :bow
