ok clean install of xp pro

I want to move my recyle bin to the bottom right, it wont move, I right click on empty desktop, click properties then the desktop tab-customize desktop-web tab and the button for "lock desktop items" is unchecked, tried putting a check in it doesnt work.....

yes this is a newbie question, but I cannot remember how to do this its been so long.....

help a looser out please

did you try R click an empty spot on the taskbar on the lower R side of the screen
go to Properties & make sure "lock the taskbar" is unchecked there also?
