View Full Version : Very frustrated hardware problem.
I have a tv tunner, wintv (www.hauppauge.com). I upgraded from 2k to xp and installed the drivers off the site. When i fire up the program tho after a few min my comp crashes. Like total crash. And I know that's rare on xp unless its hardware related....What can i do?
Crash as in power down completely or just freeze up?
Does it happen with anything else?
Do you get an error?
Check the event viewer for any info on the crash
It crashes completely. No ctrl-alt-del, no mouse movement, no sound.....no error. How do i check the event viewer?
Ctrl Panel > Admin tools > Event viewer.
Should be under application I think
